Valor Billing automation issue

1. In the Valor billing report, 'amp' appears after the '&' symbol. Please resolve this issue. 

 

2. Still an EPI is in an active those do not transact more than 90 days even Valor VT too  

but in CRM it was in closed status

No transaction in more than 90 days 

 

 

 

 

3. The attached account has three active EPIs, of which two should have been deactivated but have not been. The active device should incur an addon fee, but this has not yet been applied. Please ensure all fees are added correctly. 

 

4. Many active devices currently have no fees applied. 

 

5. The device status is still not synced to the report. We can see that accounts closed, and EPIs were deactivated, but the report still shows them as active, including single-store accounts. Please resolve this issue. 

 

 

 

6. The equipment status should be changed to 'Closed' for all inactive EPIs, but this has not been updated. 

 

7.EPI activated on 08/2024 & 09/2024 but still fee was not added please refer example MID below 

  • A and J Auto Repairs llc (55630000187245) 

  • A Fashionable Flower Boutique (75240018751489) 

  • Apex Building Supply (75240009584459) 

 

8. The equipment status for newly inactivated EPIs has not yet been changed to 'Closed,' and the fee has not been removed or the stop date applied. 

 

 

 

9.Most of the accounts have been closed, but the EPI is still active.

11. For traditional accounts, the monthly fee should be $4.95, addon fee of $1.00. However, some accounts have a fee of $0.01. 

 

EX: CAIRO CITY FURNITURE INC (92610021781186)- This account should have a Valor monthly fee of $4.95, but no fee has been applied. Additionally, the report is not synced with the current status. 

 

12. The merchant has a SIM card, but the wireless monthly fee has not been added. 

 

13. The report pulled from the CRM and portal EPI count does not match. 

Portal count is 13816, CRM count is 29701.
